ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
2 grosse Zucchini
2 Stängel Dill
½ Bund Petersilie
100 g Gouda gerieben
150 g Quark
1/4 weiße Zwiebel
1 Stck. (ca. 5 cm) Curcuma
1 Msp SweMa® Milde Gemüsebrühe
Olivenöl
Zucchini in 1 cm dünne Scheiben schneiden, Zwiebel feinhacken, Curcuma fein raspeln.
Olivenöl in die Pfanne geben, sodass der Boden bedeckt ist.
Zucchini bei mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten mehrere Minuten anrösten und regelmässig wenden, ggf. Olivenöl nachgiessen.
Zucchini auf ein eingefettetes Backblech legen.
Gouda, Zwiebel, Curcuma und etwas Pfeffer darüber verteilen. Mit etwas abgezupftem Dill bedecken.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 100 °C ca. 15 Minuten backen.
