Quinoa in einem Sieb abspülen, dann in etwas Wasser 15 Minuten köcheln lassen.
Zucchini längs halbieren und in dünne Scheiben schneiden.
Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer und Kerbel feinhacken und mit Zucchini zum Quinoa geben.
So lange auf niedriger Stufe köcheln lassen bis Zucchini bissfest ist.
Mit Gewürzen abschmecken.
