ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
200 g Feldsalat
1 Paprika
2 Stängel Petersilie
10 g Sonnenblumenkerne
20 g Kürbiskerne
10 g Hanfsamen
1 TL Thymian
1 Frühlingszwiebel
1 kleine Zwiebel
1 Prise Rosmarin
2 EL Olivenöl
1 hartes Brötchen
Salatsauce:
4 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Kürbiskernöl
2 EL Joghurt
Brötchen in kleine Stücke schneiden.
Zwiebel feinhacken und mit Thymian und Rosmarin in erhitztem Olivenöl anschwitzen.
Brötchen hinzugeben und kross anbraten.
Feldsalat putzen, waschen und in Salatschleuder trocknen.
Paprika in Würfel schneiden.
Petersilie und Kürbiskerne feinhacken.
Frühlingszwiebel putzen und in Ringe schneiden.
Für die Sauce Joghurt mit Öl verrühren.
Salat und Brötchen in eine Schüssel geben, Dressing unterrühren.
Mit Sonnenblumenkernen, Kürbiskernen, Hanfsamen und Petersilie anrichten.
