1 Avocado
150 g Wirsing
4 EL Sesamöl
2 EL Apfelessig
2 EL Honig
1 EL Petersilie, gehackt
Salz
Pfeffer
Wirsingblätter in schmale Streifen schneiden.
Kichererbsen in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen.
Avocado halbieren, entkernen und in kleinere Stücke schneiden.
Honig mit Sesamöl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer verquirlen.
Salat auf zwei Tellern anrichten, Dressing und Petersilie darüber verteilen.
