ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
2 Süßkartoffeln
1/4 weiße Zwiebel
1 Stängel Petersilie
400 ml Gemüsebrühe, hefefrei
2 EL Hafersahne
Paprikapulver, mild
Salz
Kartoffeln und Zwiebel schälen, würfeln und in der Gemüsebrühe aufkochen.
Auf niedriger Stufe 10 Minuten köcheln.
Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, mit Hafersahne und Gewürzen abschmecken.
Nach Belieben Wasser hinzugeben bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.
Mit Paprikapulver und Petersilie anrichten.
