Sauerkraut mit einer Gabel auflockern und in kleinere Stücke schneiden.
Oliven in Scheiben schneiden.
Apfel entkernen und in feine Würfel schneiden. Mit Granatapfelkernen, Oliven und Xylit zum Sauerkraut geben und vermengen.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und in eine eingefettete Auflaufform geben.
Mit Mandeln bestreuen und im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 10 Minuten bei 180 °C garen.
