Okraschoten ein paar Minuten in heißes Wasser tauchen, danach in Ringe schneiden.
Avocado quer halbieren, das Fruchtfleisch aus der Schale nehmen (die Avocado alternativ schälen) und in Scheiben schneiden.
Rucola waschen und trocknen.
Radieschen und Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden, die Zwiebel senkrecht vierteln.
Alles auf 2 Tellern anrichten, Kürbiskerne, Sesam und Schwarzkümmel darüber streuen und reichlich Hanföl darüber träufeln.
