ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
¼ weiße Zwiebel
20 g Butter
4 Stängel Petersilie
1 Zucchini
1 Paprika
2 Stangen Sellerie
3 Kartoffeln
50 g Hafersahne
2 Stängel Rosmarin
Salz
Paprikapulver, mild
Zwiebel und Petersilie feinhacken und in zerlassenener Butter andünsten.
Zucchini in kleine Scheiben, Paprika und Sellerie in kleine Stücke schneiden, Kartoffeln vierteln und mit Rosmarinzweigen hinzugeben.
Alles 10 bis 15 Minuten gut andünsten und miteinander vermengen, bis die Zutaten kross sind.
Danach Sahne mit etwas Wasser hinzugeben. Mit Salz und Paprikapulver abschmecken.
