ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
Die tiefgefrorenen Gambas unter fließendem kalten Wasser abwaschen, abtropfen lassen und mit Küchenpapier trockentupfen.
Eine feuerfeste Form leicht mit Olivenöl bestreichen.
Gambas nebeneinander in eine feuerfeste Form legen, mit Limettensaft beträufeln, wenden, einige Minuten einziehen lassen und zwischendurch wenden.
Knoblauch feinhacken und mit einer guten Prise Pfeffer hinzugeben, weitere 5 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Mit reichlich Thymian bestreuen und im vorgeheizten Backofen 10 – 15 Minuten bei 200 °C (Umluft/Grill) garen.
