750 g TK-Gemüse
(Möhren, Zucchini, Mais, Paprika, grüne Bohnen)
3 EL Olivenöl
1 Zwiebel
2 Stängel Petersilie
1 MSP Milde Gemüsebrühe von SweMa®
1 Prise Kräuter der Provence
Zwiebel und Petersilie kleinhacken und in einer mit Olivenöl erhitzten Pfanne andünsten.
Das Gemüse hinzugeben und bei geschlossenem Deckel und auf mittlerer Flamme einige Minuten köcheln lassen.
Die genaue Kochzeit entnehmen Sie der Verpackung.
SweMa®-Gemüsebrühe in 100 ml Wasser auflösen und einrühren.
Wenn das Gemüse gar und die Flüssigkeit verkocht ist, mit Kräutern der Provence abschmecken.
