ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
300 g Brokkoli
½ Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
500 ml Gemüsebrühe
100 ml Hafersahne
1,5 EL Mehl
½ TL Curcumapulver
1 EL Olivenöl
Salz
Pfeffer
Brokkoli in kleinere Stücke schneiden.
Zwiebel und Knoblauch feinhacken und in einem mit Öl erhitzten Topf anschwitzen.
Mehl und Curcumapulver hinzugeben und kurz mitgaren. Mit Gemüsebrühe und Sahne ablöschen.
Auf niedriger Stufe 15 Minuten garen.
Suppe mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
