ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
1 große Zucchini
1 Kartoffel
½ Zwiebel
500 ml Gemüsebrühe, hefefrei
1 EL Olivenöl
Salz
Pfeffer
Muskat
Kartoffel schälen und in Würfel schneiden.
Zucchini in kleinere Stücke schneiden.
Zwiebel feinhacken und in einer mit Öl erhitzten Pfanne anschwitzen.
Kartoffel und Zucchini hinzugeben und mit Gemüsebrühe ablöschen.
Bei geschlossenem Deckel 30 Minuten köcheln lassen.
Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, mit Gewürzen abschmecken.
