8 Tomaten
100 g Emmentaler, gerieben
80 ml Reissahne
20 grüne Oliven, entkernt
Olivenöl
Oregano
Salz
Pfeffer
Tomaten Scheiben schneiden und in eine eingefettete Auflaufform geben. Oliven darüber verteilen.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Sahne mit Käse verquirlen und über den Auflauf gießen.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 30 Minuten bei 180 °C backen.
