ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
150 g Spinat
1 rote Zwiebel
10 kleine Erdbeeren
6 gelbe Cocktailtomaten
50 g Feta
2 EL Mandeln
3 EL Olivenöl
1 TL Apfelessig
Salz
Pfeffer
Walnüsse grob hacken und in einer fettfreien Pfanne anrösten.
Spinat putzen, in kleinere Stücke schneiden und trockentupfen.
Zwiebel halbieren und in Ringe schneiden.
Erdbeeren putzen, Tomaten halbieren.
Feta zerbröseln.
Olivenöl mit Essig, Salz und Pfeffer verquirlen.
Salat mit Dressing, Walnüssen und Feta anrichten.
