¼ Gurke
8 Radieschen
2 Stängel Petersilie
4 Minzeblätter
2 EL Apfelessig
2 EL Olivenöl
½ Chilischote
Pfeffer
Salz
Kichererbsen in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen.
Radieschen vierteln, Gurke halbieren und in Scheiben schneiden.
Petersilie und Minzeblätter feinhacken.
Für das Dressing Essig mit Olivenöl, Pfeffer und Salz verquirlen.
Alles in eine Schüssel geben und verrühren.
