Ananas, Mango und Banane schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden.
Ingwer schälen, feinhacken und mit dem Obst in einen Smoothiemixer geben.
Mit Wasser auffüllen. So lange pürieren und so viel Wasser hinzugeben, bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.
