ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
350 g Kartoffeln
150 g Möhren
¼ weiße Zwiebel
750 ml Gemüsebrühe, hefefrei
1 Prise Kräutersalz von Histaminikus®
2 EL Dinkelsahne
1 EL Olivenöl
Kartoffeln und Möhren schälen und in kleinere Stücke schneiden.
Zwiebel feinhacken und in einem mit Öl erhitzten Topf anschwitzen.
Kartoffeln und Möhren hinzugeben, mit Gemüsebrühe ablöschen und 30 Minuten auf mittlerer Stufe köcheln lassen.
Mit einem Stabmixer cremig pürieren, Dinkelsahne unterrühren, mit Kräutersalz abschmecken.
