ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
500 g festkochende Kartoffeln
1 Zucchini
2 Möhren
¼ weiße Zwiebel
500 ml Gemüsebrühe, hefefrei
2 EL Olivenöl
1 TL Paprikapulver, mild
Salz
Kartoffeln und Möhren schälen und in Würfel schneiden.
Zucchini längs halbieren und in Scheiben schneiden.
Zwiebel feinhacken und in einem mit Öl erhitzten Top anschwitzen.
Das vorbereitete Gemüse in den Topf geben, mit Gemüsebrühe auffüllen.
Gewürze einrühren, ca. 30 Minuten köcheln lassen, gelegentlich umrühren.
