ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
2 Süßkartoffeln
6 EL Kichererbsen, küchenfertig
2 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Sesamsamen
2 EL Petersilie, gehackt
Salz
Pfeffer
Kartoffeln halbieren und mit Öl bestreichen.
Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und im vorgeheizten Backofen.
40 Minuten backen.
Die Kartoffelhälften mit einem Löffel etwas ausschaben.
Kichererbsen, Sesamsamen und Petersilie auf den Kartoffelhälften verteilen.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Weitere 10 Minuten im Backofen garen.
