300 g Feldsalat
50 g Sonnenblumenkerne
½ Gurke
2 Möhren
4 Stängel Petersilie
6 EL Olivenöl
1 EL Crème Fraiche
Pfeffer
Feldsalat waschen abtropfen lassen, Gurke schälen,in dünne Scheiben schneiden.
Möhren in feine Scheiben schneiden, mit den Sonnenblumenkernen in einer Salatschüssel vermengen.
Petersilie feinhacken, mit Olivenöl, Crème Fraiche, Pfeffer und Basilikum zu einer Salatsauce vermischen und über den Salat geben.
