ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
80 g Chiasamen
350 ml Mandelmilch
½ TL Vanillepulver
1 EL Honig
2 EL Kokosraspel
2 EL Heidelbeeren
Chiasamen in Mandelmilch einrühren. Vanillepulver und Honig hinzugeben und 10 Minuten quellen lassen, zwischendurch umrühren.
Den Pudding über Nacht im Kühlschrank einweichen.
Am nächsten Morgen mit Beeren und Kokosraspeln anrichten.
