ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
1 Tasse Brennnesselblätter
4 Kartoffeln
600 ml Gemüsebrühe
1 EL Olivenöl
1 Zwiebel
Muskat
Salz
Pfeffer
Zwiebel würfeln und mit Brennnesselblättern in einem mit Olivenöl erhitzten Topf anschwitzen.
Kartoffeln gründlich waschen, ungeschält würfeln und zu den Brennnesseln geben.
Gemüsebrühe einrühren, auf mittlerer Stufe 20 Minuten köcheln.
Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, nochmals erhitzen, mit Gewürzen abschmecken.
