ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
1 Tasse Brennnesselblätter
4 Kartoffeln
600 ml Gemüsebrühe
1 EL Butter
1 Zwiebel
2 EL Crème fraîche, laktosefrei
Muskat
Salz
Pfeffer
Zwiebel würfeln und mit Brennnesselblättern in einem mit Butter erhitzten Topf anschwitzen.
Kartoffeln schälen, würfeln und hinzugeben.
Gemüsebrühe einrühren, auf mittlerer Stufe 20 Minuten köcheln.
Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, Crème fraîche unterziehen und nochmals erhitzen.
Mit Gewürzen abschmecken.
