ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
120 g gemischtes Müsli, zuckerfrei
80 g rote Trauben
1 Apfel
150 ml Hafermilch
1 TL Kokosraspeln
1 TL Sonnenblumenkerne
Müsli und Kokosraspeln 2-3 Minuten in der Hafermilch aufweichen.
Sonnenblumenkerne in das Müsli einrühren.
Apfel waschen, ungeschält in kleinere Stücke schneiden.
Müsli mit Trauben und Apfelstücken auf 2 Schüsseln verteilen.
