1 Handvoll Rucola
30 g Feta
Salz
Pfeffer
Zucchini mit einem Spiralschneider zu Spaghetti schneiden.
Gurke in dünne Scheiben schneiden und mit Zucchininudeln in kochendem Salzwasser bis zur gewünschten Bissfestigkeit blanchieren.
Rucola und Feta grob zerteilen.
Spaghetti mit Gurkenscheiben und Rucola anrichten.
Mit Feta, Salz und Pfeffer bestreuen.
