ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
4 Süßkartoffeln
1 TL Kokosfett
50 ml Hafersahne
Salz
Curcumapulver
Muskat
Pfeffer
Kartoffeln schälen und in Würfel schneiden.
In einen Topf geben, mit Wasser auffüllen, sodass die Kartoffeln leicht bedeckt sind.
Auf niedriger Stufe ca. 20 Minuten köcheln bis die Kartoffeln weich sind.
Überschüssiges Wasser abgießen.
Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, Kokosfett und Hafersahne einrühren, mit Gewürzen abschmecken.
