ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
4 Süßkartoffeln
1 TL Butter
50 ml Milch
Kräutersalz von Histaminikus®
Curcumapulver
Kartoffeln schälen und in Würfel schneiden.
In einen Topf geben, mit Wasser auffüllen, sodass die Kartoffeln leicht bedeckt sind.
Auf niedriger Stufe ca. 20 Minuten köcheln bis die Kartoffeln weich sind.
Überschüssiges Wasser abgießen.
Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, Butter und Milch einrühren, mit Gewürzen abschmecken.
