3 mittelgrosse Süßkartoffeln
Olivenöl
Steinsalz
Süßkartoffeln schälen, mit einem hochwertigen Hobel in dünne und gleichmässige Scheiben schneiden, in einer Schüssel mit einigen Spritzern Olivenöl und 1 TL Steinsalz gut vermischen.
Damit die Chips gut und gleichmäßig kross werden, nicht zu grosse Portionen gleichzeitig in die Heissluftfriteuse geben und alle 2-3 Minuten den Korb herausnehmen und gut durchschütteln.
Die ersten 8 bis 10 Minuten bei 150 °C, die folgenden 5 Minuten bei 200 °C frittieren.
