ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
½ Pck. Gorgonzola-Käse
200 ml Reissahne
250 g Tortellini mit Spinatfüllung
1 TL Currypulver
Olivenöl
4 Blätter Basilikum
Salz
Pfeffer
Tortellini in Salzwasser 10 Minuten bissfest garen.
Gorgonzola-Käse kleinschneiden und in einem mit Öl erhitzten Topf erhitzen.
Sahne einrühren und kurz aufkochen.
Mit Currypulver, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Tortellini abgießen, in die Sauce einrühren und 5 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Mit Basilikumblättern anrichten.
