200 g Quinoa
150 ml Hafermilch
1 Birne
1 Nektrarine
8 Datteln
1 EL Honig
1 EL Quark
1 MSP SweMa® Gemüsebrühe
Quinoa und SweMA Gemüsebrühe in 400 Wasser geben und kurz aufkochen.
Über Nacht einweichen und aufquellen lassen.
Am nächsten Morgen das restliche Wasser abgießen und Quinoa mit Quark und Honig verrühren, mit Hafermilch auf die Teller geben.
Birne und Nektarine in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden und mit Datteln zum Müsli geben.
