2 Pck. Mozzarella, vegan
2 Eier
100 g Vollkorn-Paniermehl
50 g Vollkornmehl
½ TL Kräutersalz
Kokosöl
Mozzarella gut abtropfen lassen, mit Küchenpapier abtupfen und in fingerlange Streifen schneiden.
In einer Schüssel Mehl mit Paniermehl mischen.
In einer weiteren Schüssel Eier mit Kräutersalz verquirlen.
Mozzarellasticks im Mehl wenden, durch das Ei ziehen, dann mit Paniermehl panieren. Nochmals durch das Ei ziehen und erneut panieren.
In einer mit Öl erhitzten Pfanne rundum goldbraun frittieren.
