ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
2 Handvoll Rucolasalat
½ kleine Honigmelone
1 Mozzarella-Kugel
8 Scheiben Schinken
Olivenenöl
Balsamico-Essig
Currypulver
Salatblätter waschen, abtropfen lassen und auf zwei grosse Salatteller verteilen.
Honigmelone in kleine Würfel schneiden.
Mozzarella abtropfen lassen und ebenfalls in Stücke schneiden.
Mit Honigmelone und Schinken auf den Salattellern anrichten.
Olivenöl und Balsamico auf den Salat träufeln, danach mit mehreren Prisen Currypulver würzen.
