100 g geräucherter Lachs
¼ Salatgurke
8 Cocktailtomaten
2 EL Honig
4 EL Balsamico-Essig
Pflücksalat putzen, in kleinere Stücke zupfen, waschen und trockenschleudern.
Lachs in 1 cm dicke Streifen schneiden.
Tomaten halbieren.
Gurke in Scheiben schneiden.
Für das Dressing Honig mit Balsamico verquirlen.
Salat mit Dressing anrichten.
