300 g Magerquark
60 g Joghurt
200 g Heidelbeeren
50 ml Holundersirup
30 ml Mandelmilch
2 EL Honig
Quark mit Joghurt und Mandelmilch verrühren und in zwei Gläser füllen.
Heidelbeeren mit Holundersirup und Honig pürieren und über dem Quark verteilen.
In den Kühlschrank stellen und kurz vorm Servieren herausnehmen.
