ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
100 g feine Haferflocken, glutenfrei
80 g Heidelbeeren
200 ml Kokosmilch
2 TL Birkenzucker
2 TL Kokosraspeln
Milch kurz aufkochen, dann Haferflockend Birkenzucker einrühren und 5 Minuten auf niedriger Stufe köcheln lassen. Zwischendurch umrühren.
Leicht abkühlen lassen, auf 2 Schälchen verteilen und mit Heidelbeeren und Kokosraspeln anrichten.
