ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
200 g Salatgurke
200 ml Milch
50 ml Hafersahne
2 TL Kürbiskernöl
Salz
Gurke schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden. Mit Milch, Sahne und Kürbiskernöl in einen Mixer geben und cremig pürieren.
So lange pürieren bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.
Mit einer Prise Salz abschmecken.
