Ausreichend Olivenöl im Topf erhitzen.
Tofu in gleichmässige Würfel schneiden, im Kartoffelmehl wenden, danach im Topf von allen Seiten anbraten.
Zum Abtropfen auf ein mit Küchenrolle ausgelegtes Backblech legen.
Portionsweise in Schalen servieren und mit feingehacktem, frischen Basilikum und Sesamsamen überstreuen.
