100 g Feldsalat
8 Radieschen
½ Mozzarellakugel, vegan
3 EL Heidelbeeren
4 EL Kürbiskernöl
1 TL Cranberrysaft
Salz
Feldsalat putzen, waschen und abtropfen lassen.
Radieschen putzen, waschen und in Scheiben schneiden.
Mozzarella in kleinere Stücke schneiden und mit Feldsalat, Radieschen und Heidelbeeren in einer Schale anrichten.
Kürbiskernöl mit Cranberrysaft und einer Prise Salz vermengen und kurz vor dem Verzehr über den Salat träufeln.
