250 g Dinkelmehl
4 Wachteleier
80 g Birkenzucker
250 ml Kokosmilch
120 g Butter
2 TL Weinsteinpulver
100 g Beeren
(Brombeeren oder Heidelbeeren)
Eier mit Butter und Zucker verquirlen.
Mehl und Weinsteinpulver hinzugeben, nach und nach Milch einrühren und zu einem cremigen Teig mixen.
Den Teig portionsweise mit einem Waffeleisen backen.
Waffeln mit Brombeeren oder Heidelbeeren servieren.
