300 g Kartoffeln, mehlig
350 g Dinkelmehl
2 EL Maiskeimöl
1 Pck. Weinsteinbackpulver
½ TL Salz
80 ml heißes Wasser
Kartoffeln schälen, in grobe Stücke schneiden und in ausreichend Wasser 30 Minuten garen.
Wasser abgießen, Kartoffeln mit einer Presse zerdrücken.
Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und mit einem Knethaken zu einem Teig verarbeiten, ggf. noch etwas Mehl hinzugeben.
Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche nochmal gut durchkneten und zu einem runden Laib formen.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 °C ca. 40 Minuten backen.
Auf den Ofenboden eine kleine Schüssel Wasser stellen.
