ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
180 g Pistazien, gemahlen
20 g Pistazien, geröstet ohne Salz
1 Eigelb
250 g Hafercuisine
160 ml Wasser
80 g Birkenzucker
Eigelb mit Birkenzucker vermengen, bis sich dieser auflöst.
Die gerösteten Pistazien in kleinere Stückchen hacken.
Die gekühlte Hafercuisine steif schlagen und unter die Eigelbmischung heben.
Pistazien mit Milch vermengen und mit der Hafercuisine verrühren.
In ein Plastikgefäß füllen und ins Gefrierfach stellen.
Alle 30 Minuten umrühren, damit sich keine Eiskristalle bilden.
