350 ml Kokosmilch
1 kleine Mango (wenn verträglich)
Chiasamen in Kokosmilch einrühren und 10 Minuten quellen lassen, zwischendurch umrühren.
Den Pudding über Nacht im Kühlschrank einweichen.
Am nächsten Morgen Mango in kleine Stücke schneiden und mit Chia-Pudding anrichten.
