200 g Buchweizenflocken
400 ml Mandelmilch
40 g Vollkornmehl, glutenfrei
4 Eier
2 Bananen
2 EL Honig, flüssig
2 EL Kokosöl
Buchweizenflocken, Mehl, Milch und Eier in eine Schüssel geben und verrühren.
Den Teig 15 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Pfanne mit Öl erhitzen und portionsweise Pancakes beidseitig auf mittlerer Stufe backen.
Bananen in Scheiben schneiden. Pancakes mit Bananen und Honig anrichten.
