300 g Brombeeren
200 g veganer Quark
50 ml Kokosmilch
3-4 TL Birkenzucker
1 TL Kokosraspeln
Brombeeren putzen und waschen. 4 Brombeeren zur Dekoration beiseite legen, den Rest mit Birkenzucker pürieren.
Das Brombeerpüree mit Quark und Kokosmilch verrühren und auf 2 Dessertschälchen verteilen.
Mit Brombeeren und Kokosraspeln garnieren.
