ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
Brokkoliröschen vom Strunk abschneiden und im Topf ca 10 Minuten kochen.
Zucchini in kleine Stücke schneiden, mit etwas Wasser in einem Topf kurz andünsten.
Die Hälfte der Zucchinistücke mit Brokkoli im Standmixer cremig pürieren.
Mit 2 EL Wasser zurück in den Topf geben, auf kleiner Stufe köcheln lassen.
Hafersahne und Gewürze unterrühren.
Suppe auf vorgewärmte Teller geben, mit Zucchinistückchen, Gouda und gemahlenem Pfeffer anrichten.
