ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
500 ml Gemüsebrühe
250 g Brokkoli
3 Kartoffeln
2 Möhren
2 EL Olivenöl
½ Becher Sahne, laktosefrei
80 g Emmentaler, gerieben, laktosefrei
Muskat
Salz
Pfeffer
Kartoffeln und Möhren in Scheiben schneiden und 25 Minuten in Gemüsebrühe garen.
Brokkoli in Röschen schneiden und die letzten 10 Minuten mitgaren.
Sahne mit Käse und Gewürzen verquirlen.
Gemüse in eine eingefettete Auflaufform geben, mit Sahnesoße übergießen.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen 15 Minuten bei 190 °C backen.
