4 EL Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure
Bärlauch waschen, trocknen und auf einen tiefen Teller legen.
Erdbeeren waschen, trocknen und in Scheiben schneiden, mit Joghurt auf den Bärlauch geben.
Vor dem Servieren mit Mineralwasser aufgiessen und 2 Minuten ziehen lassen.
