¼ Wassermelone
100 ml Wasser
1 EL Reissirup
Melone entkernen, in grobe Stücke schneiden und mit Wasser und Yaconsirup pürieren.
Die Flüssigkeit in eine flache Schale geben und im Gefrierfach erkalten lassen.
Nach zwei Stunden mit einer Gabel umrühren, dann weitere zwei Stunden im Gefrierfach stehen lassen.
Vor dem Servieren mit einer Gabel auflockern und in Gläsern anrichten.
