ZUTATEN (2 PERSONEN)
2 Süßkartoffeln
1 Zwiebel
1 Stängel Petersilie
400 ml Gemüsebrühe, hefefrei
2 EL Crème fraîche, fettreduziert
Muskatnuss
Salz
Pfeffer
Kartoffeln und Zwiebel schälen, würfeln und in der Gemüsebrühe aufkochen.
Auf niedriger Stufe 10 Minuten köcheln.
Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, mit Crème fraîche und Gewürzen abschmecken.
Nach Belieben Wasser hinzugeben bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.
Mit Petersilie anrichten.
