4 Erdbeeren
Quark mit Joghurt, Kokosmilch und Sesamöl verrühren.
Erdbeeren waschen, trocken tupfen und in Scheiben schneiden.
Quark-Joghurt in 2 Schälchen verteilen, mit Haferflocken und Erdbeeren garnieren.
